Approach

Advisors. Not a second board.

Trivivm is an advisory group. We help businesses gain efficiencies in process, run lean, increase sales through training or technology, evaluate staff, and work with vendors when we can. We do not make decisions for the company. We offer possible solutions. The company decides.

The name

Three roads. Cut with a Roman V.

Pronounced Trivium — from the Latin trivium, three ways, three roads. In the Roman educational tradition it was the foundation of a classical education: the tools for thinking, communicating, and reasoning, before a mind was asked to lead. Medieval schools kept it as the first three of the seven arts.

The mark is a T with three rising pillars. The name is cut into a stone tablet under a pediment. The house is three men. The meaning is larger than the headcount: a company, like a mind, needs the three roads if it is to run well.

Three Minds. One Direction.

Strategy. Operations. Growth.

The method across the work is Think, Sell, Optimize — strategy, revenue, and the operating system — then Diagnose, Stabilize, Grow, Scale. See the work.

  • GrammarOperations

The language of the company: reading, writing, and interpreting how the work actually runs — processes, standard operating procedures, lean rhythm.

  • LogicStrategy

How the company reasons: constructing arguments, seeing contradictions, evaluating ideas — staff, vendors, tools, and the honest use of AI.

  • RhetoricGrowth

How the company speaks and persuades: sales, training, vision, and leadership — the public voice of the work.

The three

Joseph Thompson. Joe Jordan. Patrick O'Connor.

Three complementary minds. Not three copies of the same man. They started the house. Decades, between them, across real estate, banking, retail, law enforcement, manufacturing, investing, technology, and the training of sales and leadership. The range is the point: more than one road into a problem, more than one solution to put in reach.

The house

What we will not do

We will not sit in your chair and call it help.

No verdict in a costume

If there is a decision, it is yours. We will name options, costs, and what each path asks. We will not dress a preference as necessity.

No theatre of busyness

Reports that nobody reads are not counsel. We prefer a short, hard conversation and a record in the portal you can actually use.

No capture

We work with any company that needs improvement in process, people, or performance. We are not here to replace the people who run it.

How we help

Six movements. We stay for the work.

  1. I5–20 days

    Discovery

We look at the company as it stands — process, people, pressure. Not to take the chair. To see the room. The fee is $5,000, credited in full if you take a package.

  2. II1–5 days

    Employee evaluation

A clear picture of staff, load, and fit. We do not hire or fire. We return what the company can act on — or set aside.

  3. III1–2 weeks

    Strategy development

Possible paths, named with their costs. More than one solution where the house can see more than one.

  4. IV1 week

    Plan & vision

The direction written so it can be held. Leadership still says the thing. We help them say it plainly.

  5. V1–2 days

    Advisory meeting

We sit with the client. Options on the table. The company decides. That meeting is not a verdict in our mouth.

  6. VI6 months–1 year

    Implementation

We guide the company through the work. Sometimes hands on. Sometimes by training staff or writing the processes. The chair stays theirs. The desk stays open for the length of it.
