Trivivm Group (trivivm.com) wrote this statement so you can see how we handle personal information. We collect what the desk needs to advise you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
What we collect
- Name, email, company, and role when you book or sign in.
- What you write in a discovery request, portal notes, and messages with the desk.
- A session record so you stay signed in. See Cookies.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, write hello@trivivm.com and we will delete it.
Why we keep it
To book discovery, run an engagement, answer you, keep the record of the work, and meet a legal duty if one applies. We do not use it for unrelated advertising, and we do not use what you type here to train a public model.
Who sees it
The advisors on your engagement, and the services that host the site and the sign-in. Those services process it for us. They are not buyers of a list. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the desk from fraud or misuse.
Information is processed in the United States. If you write to us from another country, you are sending it here.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to keep the record from casual exposure. No method of storage or transmission is perfect. Do not put passwords, full account numbers, or other secrets in a portal message.
How long
We keep engagement records for the life of the work and a reasonable time after, so the company and the desk can still see what was said, and so we can meet a legal duty to keep a record. An unused account can be closed. Write hello@trivivm.com.
Your privacy choices
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context or targeted advertising. There is nothing to opt out of on that point, because we do not do it. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens.
You can leave non-essential mail at any time. Use Unsubscribe. Messages required for an engagement you already opened still go through — that is the work, not a list.
Your request
Write hello@trivivm.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, to receive a copy, or to ask us to delete it. If you have an account, we may ask you to sign in so we know the request is yours. We will not charge you a different price, or refuse the desk, because you asked.
Residents of states that grant these rights — including California, Colorado, Virginia, Utah, and Connecticut — may use the same address. We may refuse a request where the law says we must keep the record, including an engagement that is still open or a fee that has already been earned.
Changes
If this statement changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continued use of the site after that date is how you see the current statement.
