What this site is

A description of Trivivm Group and a way to book the desk. Pages, packages, and prices can change. The fee that applies is the one confirmed when you book. The site is offered as it stands. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose you have not agreed with us in writing.

Accounts

Booking and the portal require a sign-in that belongs to you. Keep the password to yourself. Tell us at hello@trivivm.com if you believe someone else is using it. You are responsible for what is sent from the account until you do.

Permitted use

You may read the site and book the desk for a lawful business purpose. You may not copy the pages or the mark for your own trade, resell access, scrape the site so as to strain it, interfere with the sign-in, post anything unlawful or misleading, or use the site to harm another person. We may close an account or block access if that line is crossed.

The stone, the word Trivivm, and the pages belong to Trivivm Group. Other names on the site belong to their owners. A link to another site is a courtesy, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what that site does.

Discovery and packages

Discovery is $5,000. It is not refunded. The look at the company is the work. If you then take a package, that $5,000 is credited in full toward the package fee. Stopping after discovery is a complete engagement.

Package fees are $3,000 a week for the length you choose. That is a fixed fee for the published scope. It is not an hourly bill. Work outside that scope is a new agreement, not an overage slipped onto the invoice.

How we advise

We offer possible solutions. The company decides. We do not sit in the chair, hire, fire, or sign for you. Nothing on this site is a promise of revenue, margin, or a result. Read the disclaimer.

The portal

Notes and messages there are part of the engagement record. Do not put passwords, full account numbers, or other secrets in a message. You keep your rights in what you write. You allow us to keep and use it for the engagement and for the record of it.

Limit

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for use of the public site — before an engagement exists — is limited to the amount you paid us, if any. You will hold Trivivm Group harmless from a claim that arises from your misuse of the site or from what you post in the portal, except where the law does not allow that. An engagement is governed by these terms and by any written confirmation of the package you chose.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Trivivm Group has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute about the public site that the desk cannot settle will be brought in a court that can hear it there.
