The house

Three Minds. One Direction.

Trivivm was started by Joseph Thompson, Joe Jordan, and Patrick O'Connor. Three complementary minds — the old trivium made flesh: thinking, reasoning, and speaking, aimed at the same company. Between them they hold decades in the work of businesses. The mark has three pillars. So does the house.

Founder

Joseph Thompson

Joseph R. Thompson is a seasoned executive with 30 years of success across manufacturing, banking, compliance, and finance, complemented by entrepreneurial leadership of three successful businesses in manufacturing, consulting, and Christian education. In his consulting practice, Mr. Thompson has served as both a full-time and fractional COO, partnering with companies to drive turnarounds, scale operations, and launch new ventures across diverse industries.

As Chief Operating Officer and Director of Project Management at Summit Capital Investors, Mr. Thompson oversees company operations, project execution, vendor accountability, timelines, budgets, and quality standards across the company's active portfolio. Known for bridging strategy and execution, he brings deep expertise in process optimization, risk management, and capital efficiency.

Mr. Thompson is Certified Six Sigma, holds certifications in Systems and Operations Management and Lean Management, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). Driven by a passion for business and its challenges, and guided by deep discernment, he follows a simple principle: there is no problem without a solution.

Founder

Joe Jordan

Joe Jordan is a real estate operator and entrepreneur with extensive experience across acquisitions, renovations, capital deployment, and portfolio management within residential and small multifamily real estate.

As Founder and CEO of Summit Capital Investors, he has overseen hundreds of transactions spanning wholesaling, value-add rehabs, and turnkey rental portfolios, working closely with buyers, sellers, and strategic partners across multiple markets. Known for combining disciplined underwriting with hands-on execution, Joe brings deep expertise in deal analysis, capital structuring, risk mitigation, and operational scaling.

His work includes managing complex rehab pipelines, acquiring and improving residential properties on short timelines, and building repeatable systems that support growth while maintaining transparency and accountability. He is driven by a conviction that real estate should be executed with integrity, clarity, and stewardship — believing that long-term success is built by doing things the right way, even when it is harder.

Founder

Patrick O'Connor

Pat O'Connor serves as Acquisitions Manager for Summit Capital Investors, where he helps identify, evaluate, and assess high-potential retail and wholesale opportunities. He brings over seven years of multi-unit retail leadership experience, with a strong background in operations, sales growth, team development, recruiting, merchandising, inventory management, and profitability.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, analytical mindset, and commitment to results, Pat brings operational insight to an acquisition strategy. His experience includes multiple District Manager roles across Tennessee, Illinois, and Missouri, along with senior leadership roles overseeing large store operations. His background in both corporate leadership and business ownership gives him a practical understanding of what drives scalable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term business success.

Three complementary disciplines, not three copies of the same man. A diverse skill set, held in common. None of them takes the chair. Together they can put more than one solution on the table for the problems businesses meet every day. The company still decides.

Where they come from

Real years in these trades. Not a list for the brochure.

Joseph, Joe, and Patrick have actually done this work — real estate, banking, retail, manufacturing, and the rest below. That is why the house can see more than one solution. Trivivm is advisory now. Some of them have consulted in the past. That is a background, not what we sell.
